Networking is known as the social activity that combines the transfer and exchange of information, the strengthening of personal and professional relationships, providing greater access to opportunities and a favorable space for collaboration and a path into new experiences. In the educational field it is extremely beneficial, taking into account that it is a feasible tool to optimize the relationship towards the search for strategic allies for training and the exchange of knowledge. Networking encourages a culture of continuous updating towards the construction of knowledge, giving rise to the generation of new ideas and opinions, accessing spaces for innovation and cooperation, useful tools in professional training adapted to the new demands of the workplace, combining new technologies, current methodologies, added to networking, originate benefits compatible with the educational field.
In the last 50 years, the educational system has changed substantially, adapting to the needs of the context, a more pronounced evolution in recent years as a result of immersion in the digital age. Education today presents many personalized options depending on the priority of criteria. Not only in the alternatives of public and private education in compulsory school age; but also in educational continuity through different online methodologies such as Khan Academy, Udacity or Mooc courses, and more modalities. One of the main challenges facing education is to adapt to a more practical sense in order not only to enrich knowledge but also to acquire skills that are applied in real life, and in professional life in particular.You always learn something, either from yourself, from your colleagues or professional colleagues, from the sector in which you work.
